Otis has over 13 years Marketing and Sales experience with 9 of those years in Senior Management position such as Country Sales Manager (Kodak) and Managing Director (Brand Footprint). He has designed and executed successful major brand building campaigns for P&G, Airtel, Cadbury, La Casera, SABMiller, Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Coca Cola, Reckitt and Guinness from Strategy to Execution, Monitoring and Evaluation. Francis is the Chief Operating Officer in Brands Optimal Ltd, His career spans over 20 years in the industry, he has supervised several key projects and also handled several Accounts such as: Coca Cola, Nestle, Kodak, Cowbell, Samsung, Gold Circle Condom, Gino Tomato Paste, Etisalat, SABMiller, Kenya Airways, Afrinvest, Reckitt Benckiser, FrieslandCampina to mention but a few.
